Real Estate Excellence
The goal is to allow investors to have transparency on investments they would be doing in real estate in Pakistan. For this, there are two main interfaces: a mobile application for the investors, and an admin panel, for the responsible of the company. A Pakistan-based project developed on React Native and MERN stack, completed in 2 months.

We understand that transparency is key in the real estate industry. That's why we made sure to create a design that is clear and concise, allowing users to easily track their investments and stay updated on the latest market trends.
The mobile application and admin panel were designed to display real-time data and investment metrics, helping investors make informed decisions.
With real-time accurate data, and easy-to-use functionality, I believe that users will be satisfied with their experience and trust this platform for their real estate investments.
Outlines
We collaborated with stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and requirements. We designed the user interfaces using React Native and JavaScript. I built the back-end and the admin panel. The quality assurance team tested the mobile app and admin panel. After the development, I made the app live on all platforms. The entire development and deployment process took 4 to 5 months.
Tech stack
The project was developed using the MERN stack and React Native. MERN stands for MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. MongoDB served as the flexible NoSQL database, Express.js handled the backend operations, React.js built the interactive user interface, and Node.js provided the runtime environment. React Native was used to develop the cross-platform mobile app. This stack empowered us to create a robust web and mobile app with a smooth workflow.
